Dustline Outpost: Terms of Service

1. THE SERVICE
   Dustline Outpost is a browser-based management game. We provide it as is
   and may change, pause or discontinue features with notice where practical.

2. ACCOUNTS
   - You may play offline, as a guest, or with a registered account.
   - Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your
     account.
   - Guest accounts are tied to your browser session; converting to a full
     account is the only guaranteed way to keep guest progress.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE
   - Do not attack, probe or overload the service.
   - Do not abuse the API or attempt to access other players' data.
   - Cheating in a single-player game mostly hurts your own fun, but
     automated abuse of the service may lead to suspension.

4. YOUR DATA
   - Your saves and gameplay telemetry are yours to delete. See the privacy
     policy for what we collect and why.

5. LIABILITY
   - The game is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted
     by law. We are not liable for lost progress caused by factors outside
     our reasonable control.

6. CHANGES
   - When these terms or the privacy policy change in a material way, the
     version date above changes and the game asks for consent again.
